fc8win Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fc8win website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at fc8win.org and its subdomains.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the fc8win Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held in their fc8win Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by fc8win before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Philippine Data Privacy Act" refers to Republic Act No. 10173, which governs the collection, processing, and storage of personal data in the Philippines.

By registering an Account on the fc8win Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and agree to the fc8win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and agree to the fc8win Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Your continued use of the fc8win Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an Account on fc8win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. fc8win strictly enforces this age requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of fc8win or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by fc8win or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. If fc8win identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances consolidated or forfeited at fc8win's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fc8win support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

fc8win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All transactions completed using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified fc8win of a security breach prior to the transaction occurring.

fc8win employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and transactions. However, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and fc8win cannot guarantee absolute security of your Account at all times.

fc8win accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods only:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fc8win reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. fc8win reserves the right to return funds to the source account and suspend the Player's Account where third-party funding is detected.

Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for fc8win's operational expenses. Your Real Money Balance is available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the deposit.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address issued within the last three months.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.
• fc8win does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus Balance and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

fc8win reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of a disputed transaction. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

fc8win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of this period.
• fc8win reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of automated betting strategies — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• fc8win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participation using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud.

All games available on the fc8win Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes conducted under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by fc8win staff.

Each game on the fc8win Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. fc8win is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. fc8win's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

Bets placed after the official close of a betting market, or on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement, will be voided. fc8win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error displaying incorrect odds or game parameters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fc8win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other competitive formats.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the fc8win Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the fc8win Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the operation of the Platform.

All content on the fc8win Platform, including but not limited to the fc8win brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of fc8win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fc8win Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fc8win.
• Use the fc8win brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of fc8win's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fc8win.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc8win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fc8win shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond fc8win's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fc8win's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

fc8win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the fc8win Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

fc8win reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to unusual deposit patterns, extended session durations, or direct communication indicating distress.

fc8win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that fc8win reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, fc8win reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts owed to fc8win, within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any outstanding investigations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting fc8win support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

fc8win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and the fc8win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to fc8win collecting and processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• KYC and anti-money laundering compliance.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Marketing communications, where you have provided separate consent.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

fc8win will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law. For full details of how fc8win handles your data, please review the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fc8win Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting fc8win support. fc8win will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with fc8win's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established complaints process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

fc8win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, fc8win will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the fc8win Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.

The version of these Terms currently published on the fc8win website supersedes all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
