• Legal compliance: Fulfilling fc8win's obligations under applicable Philippine law, including the DPA, anti-money laundering legislation, and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Marketing communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates where you have provided consent. See Section 14 for details on how to manage marketing preferences.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, fc8win processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and fc8win — specifically, to operate your player account, process transactions, and deliver the gaming services you have requested.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with fc8win's obligations under Philippine law, including KYC verification, anti-money laundering reporting, and PAGCOR regulatory compliance.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for fc8win's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

fc8win does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) to process deposits and withdrawals. These processors receive only the financial data necessary to complete your transaction.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services engaged to verify your identity and age as required by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.

fc8win retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, fc8win will securely delete or anonymize your personal data. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data under the DPA.

fc8win uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you, maintain your session, and understand how you use the platform.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the fc8win Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 17. fc8win will respond to all data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case fc8win will provide an interim update within the fifteen-day period.

fc8win will not charge a fee for processing data subject requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.

The fc8win platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. fc8win does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

If fc8win becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will:

• Immediately suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• Void any wagers placed and return deposited funds to the source payment method where possible.
• Permanently close the account and delete all associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
